        We stayed here in June. The Bay Tree is situated less than 10 minutes walk from the city centre in a quiet cul-de-sac. The bedroom and ensuite were light, airy and immaculately clean. Orchard Avenue has parking restrictions, but there is a hard standing to the rear of the property which we used. Interesting conversations over breakfast with Venetia were an added bonus. Highly recommended.
