This particular museum unlike others holds a very varied and palatable special exhibition, our visit being content surrounding Middle Eart/Lord of The Rings. It is free entry for the museum save the 4 per person for the exhibit and, I would personally say (if all lifts functioning on the day) entirely accessible with plenty of benches/chairs for breaks. This museum also has little bites of fun here and there with a breathtaking view of a portion of the roman city that lays beneath chichester. Alongside it is not a far walk/roll to the site with a bench situated opposite the building.
