        The attendant did not understand my request and when I tried explaining she/he got the wrong information, she/he hung up on me. Very terrible customer service and I do not recommend

        Highly recommend you avoid this taxi service at all costs!!! Bunch of scammers, the fair is based on time so the longer they make the journey the more money they get! Complete waste of space!

        LADIES/GIRLS DO NOT USE THIS TAXI SERVICE - THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY THEN DONT TAKE YOU TO WHERE YOU WANT AND TELL YOU TO GET OUT OF THE TAXI DOESNT MATTER WHETHER ITS A LIT ROAD OR A MAIN ROD IT COULD BE ANYWHERE - IT HAPPENED TOMY DAUGHTER LAST NIGHT - ITS ONE OF THE BLACK CABS OUTSIDE OF THE CHICHESTER RAILWAY STATION

        Tried to pre book a taxi for a collection from Halnaker to go to Chidham, told that they were fully booked and no drivers would be available. Had the same reaction from three other companies. Very poor service
