Ethics of driver was shocking. My glass terrarium (plant) was broken during transit and he would not even offer a basic apology, instead shrugging and stating "what do you want me to do about it?". When I asked him to sign a statement of record to say that the plant had broken he refused to do so, instead telling me to raise the broken goods through Anyvan (the platform I had booked the van through), which they would then acknowledge. When I did in fact do so they now claimed to have no recollection or responsibility for breaking the plant. In other words, they flat out deceived me in order to avoid having to pay out. If you're reading this I implore you to reconsider using a driver who's happy to lie to your face. Either that or make sure you take loads of photos and get pushy with the statement so you don't get mugged off later.
