Absolutely thrilled with the service from HD Surveyors. They got me two job interviews on the same day and both firms gave me an offer! I had some contractual issues with my university and current employer which were really worrying me, but HD Surveyors was always there to check through my contracts and provide me with various telephone conversations to help me through the tough times. Roger and his team are very professional and extremely knowledgeable about the construction industry. Roger spoke with me in depth about my career aspirations and offered advice on where my career should be heading to achieve them. Throughout the job search, Roger updated me frequently all the way up to my first job opportunity which was a perfect fit. The service provided by Roger from the beginning was excellent and his personal / bespoke approach to listening and understanding who you are and what you want, I found to be both interesting and extremely useful. Roger was able to draw out what I wanted before I knew it and his experience / knowledge within the industry provided the reassurance I needed to move forward from my current position. Roger has an impressive ability to understand the candidates requirements and line them up with interviews at companies seemingly capable of fulfilling these needs. The continual support and guidance throughout the entire process, even after I was offered and accepted a new position has been brilliant and I am continually grateful for everything he has done. HD Surveyors stood out from the other recruiters who approached me for the reasons already mentioned and I highly recommend anyone looking for a new position or employee (if an employer), to give Roger a call and not look back!

Roger at HD Surveyors provided an incredible service as I looked to move jobs. I had been with my company for nearly 8 years before deciding to move so hadnt been on the applicant side of the recruitment market for a long time. In my previous role I was used to seeing the worst of the recruitment industry unsuitable candidates, not listening to requirements, even trying to poach staff the recruiter had placed just a few months previous! But I can wholeheartedly say that Roger is the very best of the recruitment industry. He established a comprehensive brief with me to set out all my requirements, likes, dislikes, etc. and then went out all the companies that fitted the brief on my behalf to see who was hiring and gauge future opportunities. A completely bespoke approach rather than just offering me his own existing client list. I interviewed at several places, and we used the experience to feedback into what I really wanted from a role and employer. This has led me to being placed in the perfect role (if there is such) and on considerably better terms than I thought possible or could have negotiated myself. All in all, Roger has absolutely delivered. And hes a lovely bloke too! Youll never have another recruiter like Roger, someone whos basically a chilled-out entertainer.
