My mother was in need for help in March 2019 she was offered assistance here at the Orchard Ward to recover. They took her in with open arms and took great care of her making her feel special and cared for everyday. All of the staff showed her great understanding and looked after her very well. She took part in activities in the ward and outside the ward on various outings and trips. They want your loved ones to feel special and happy during their recovery with them. I cant thank them enough for bringing my Mum back with our family once again in May. I would recommend them to anyone who unfortunately goes through a similar situation. Mr Lee Fisher the Ward Manager runs the unit to the best of its abilities and is a such a great man to talk to concerning your family member in care. They all care greatly and give you that chance of recovery back to normality as best as they are possibly able to do so. 5
