Used PSH inventories for a last minute inventory and check out. They are efficient, clear, reliable and incredibly thorough in safety regulations and process, I would highly recommend! Have dealt with them a few times over the last couple of years they never disappoint.

Working as a letting agent for a local firm in Littlehampton, I was in need of a last minute inventory after an issue with our usual inventory clerk. I called on the off chance, that PSH would be able to facilitate an inventory for 3 Bed property with less than 24 hours notice. I called at 16:30pm, Paul was able to get me an inventory the next morning at 8:00am, which was completed by 9:30am with my new tenants moving in at 10:00am. The inventory report was returned within 24 hours, with so much attention to detail and accuracy. Needless to say I was more than impressed. The value for money is exceptional. I have since booked 3 more inventories using the online portal/ platform which PSH use. I am just beyond impressed and astounded by the exemplary service.

I couldnt recommend PSH inventories highly enough. Typically I have just used the inventory service provided by my estate agent. But in the past I have found this to be expensive and inflexible. I called Paul 2 days before I needed the inventory done after him being recommended to me by another estate agent. Paul couldnt have done more to help me. He listened to my needs and talked me through all the different options available. He then agreed a day and time which for once was convenient to me (the inventory service I have previously used could only ever come first thing in the morning or the middle of the day, so if I needed that day for work/cleaning it really limited me). Paul arrived on time and was very thorough and helpful. He pointed out some areas that I had missed and even fitted a smoke alarm for me after spotting that our hard wired one had been disconnected by previous tenants. The inventory was more than thorough and Paul couldnt have been more professional and helpful. His background means he knows the market inside out and has the ability to think of things from both a tenant and landlord perspective. He was able to offer friendly advice on aspects of letting that I hadnt really thought about, allowing me to feel more safer and more protected. My only regret is not finding him sooner. As a landlord I have been paying for inflexible, expensive inventories for years when I could have just organised it myself. I will be using PSH for interim inspections in the future too. Just to make sure I am covered. Thank you Paul, I am truly so grateful for your help.
