Houserack

I am a tenant who has been dealing with Houserack. I am not 100% sure how things are going between landlords and maintenance companies, so it's just my opinion. Generally, I'm satisfied with the Houserack's service. I had some not positive issues from the beginning of my tenancy but after that everything has been improved. So it was and it is a pleasure to cooperate with them. My last few issues were resolved very quickly and I was completely satisfied with the result. Separately, I want to say a very good words about contractors. All of them did their job ideally. Thank you for your help and a big luck :)

From a contractors point of view this company are slippery, misleading and generally don't like to pay their bills , if you're contacting by them and offered work be very careful Unfortunately they don't really understand the industry they're in, and have no interest in looking after contractors which is fairly amusing considering their business completely relys on them , generally a very unpleasant experience

Our landlord/letting agent uses this service and we find it very easy to report an issue and get it resolved quickly.
