Owen serviced our boiler, fixed a leaking radiator and repaired our toilet. He was professional throughout and completed the work very promptly. We had a newborn baby in the house and Owen was especially conscientious to minimise noise whilst working. Requested a quote from Owen for a boiler service. He arrived on time, gave plenty of notice prior to his arrival. Had a look at the systems in place and provided me with some very helpful and usefull information, very polite and happy to answer any questions i had ect. Will most definitely be in contact to arrange the service and yearly maintenance contract when it is due. Highly recommend O.G Plumbing & Heating Services.

A problem on my father's heating, Owen couldn't make it down immediately but talked me (a complete novice) through the likely problem and got us out of a fix. Will be booking a service and check over. Great service

Owen carried out a most valuable repair to our unvented hot water system namely removing a non return valve that had been installed incorrectly some 6 six years earlier by an SSE heating engineer when they undertook a boiler and cylinder upgrade. This was causing an overpressure condition and could of caused damage to the expensive cylinder. Owen was not the first heating engineer we had asked to investigate the fault but he WAS the one to correct it. He has also carried out an annual service on our boiler, I wasn't about to get SSE back was I . Services: Plumbing leak detection, Outdoor plumbing system repair
