Fantastic pilates studio. I loved all the reformer sessions I had with Nadine and Dee pre lockdown. They are knowledgeable, helpful, and all the sessions will make you work! I've done dozens of various classes at places and these guys are by far the best. Would highly recommend.

I have been attending classes for nearly 9 years and I still look forward to every class and feel fabulous after each one. I have continued with pilates though injuries and I have been clearly instructed how to modify the movements to suit me and to continue to retain and regain strength. I have enjoyed the on line classes too. They have kept the stong, wonderful ethos of The Body Suite & their wonderful team.

I am a beginner to Pilates and I couldn't have found a more welcoming friendly studio. The classes are small and cater for all abilities, the instructors are fabulous, really attentive and encouraging. I am completely hooked and it's all because of how supportive this studio is. I cannot recommend them highly enough. So if it's something you've been thinking about doing, get along there, you'll be very happy you did!

Dee is one of the best Pilates instructors in Europe, let alone in Chichester! She has great equipment in her upstairs studio. It's deceptive, because the studios are all above a shop. Excellent variety of classes in Pilates, Ballet and even Pole fitness!
