        Thoroughly enjoyable Pilates group. I often find muscles I didn't know I had or have not worked for some time! Sessions are well taught, and you are helped to focus on the principles behind the exercises to improve your alignment, posture and strength. Having had back problems, it does work for me. There a few class times to choose from. Venue is also good and well suited to this class as it is peaceful, calm, has plenty of parking and is just off the city centre - easy to get to.
