Tom excels in the Personal Training world with excellent knowledge and experience in the area. He's understanding of shift work and does his best to fit you in around your working schedule. He's always there for a message if you want advice or assistance with something. In the gym, he's compassionate around your well-being, health, and always looking to get that extra 'Oomph' out of you. Having trained with him for 12 weeks, I've dropped the weight I wanted to whilst continuing to build muscle which is what I asked of him. In summary, Tom's amazing. I started training with Tom as part of one of his 8 week challenges as I was looking to lose some weight, I was very nervous about starting as the gym had always been quite daunting for me, but after meeting Tom for my consultation I was excited to get started. I lost over a stone in 8 weeks and saw a massive improvement in my mental health, couldnt recommend Tom enough.

I did have major confidence issues about going to the gym - worrying if I was doing it incorrectly etc. I was on the active 8 challenge, and actually had Chris as my pt (who is also fab!) but Tom offered to go through, just for 30 minutes, some of the equipment in his gym to get my confidence up - its certainly a friendly gym, with a positive, fun and encouraging vibe. Tom made me realise I can do it and everyone has to start somewhere! He explained clearly what to do and I actually now can go to the gym on my own. So thank you Tom, that little 30 minutes has changed my mind set, appreciate it! Xx

I'm heading into week 4 of my initial 12 week programme with Tom and I'm so happy. Happy to have found such a professional and knowledgeable trainer, who is so personable, genuinely interested in helping me achieve my body building goals, as well as the journey I'm on to get there. He has multiple clients, but is always so on top of where I'm at in my programme, what we've done to date and where we're heading next. So impressive. Every detail is recorded and I always feel like he's got my best interests at heart. The level of detail in what he does, the apps he uses and attention he gives in and out of the gym is great. As quite a nervous person, Tom and the environment in which we train makes me feel totally safe and like nothing would be a problem. Can't wait to see what the coming weeks bring... Nigel :)

I decided on Tom as my personal trainer as a friend had lost over 20lbs after training under his supervision. I'm 51 so my personal goal over the 8 week program was to gain more strength and fitness which had declined over the past 3 years, I noticed a marked increase in both very rapidly, this had a positive knock on effect on my everyday life, I'd had a recurring groin injury for 2 years from playing golf which disappeared within 3 weeks and I started hitting the ball further due to the increase in flexibilty and strength. Although my goal wasn't to lose weight I ended up losing 10lbs of fat. I'd never used a personal trainer before so didn't know what to expect, I can now tell anyone that working with Tom was a fantastic experience, I trained 3 x 1 hr sessions a week, on the odd occasion I would arrive at the sessions with a poor mindset but an hour later I'd come out feeling 100% better about the day. Tom isn't a guru or miracle worker he's just a very well trained, very knowledgeable, friendly, extremely professional personal trainer, he's also a really, really nice chap. Go with a goal and I guarantee he'll help you achieve it. I've now joined a gym and now capitalising on all the great progress Tom helped me achieve. I couldn't recommend his services highly enough so much so I will be booking up to see him again next year. Thanks again Tom.
