What an excellent and caring service from Joseph. With state of the art equipment he provided a quick and accurate diagnosis, which was hugely helpful for the hospital. I couldnt have asked for better support. Joseph went out of his way to make time to provide reassurance and advice in a very professional way. I am extremely grateful.

Just come back from getting a pair of Jacques Marie Mage sunglasses adjusted. I bought them from another retailer in the US and the acetate needed heating and could not send them back. I was advised by JMM to get an authorised retailer to get the job done. I spoke to the nearest, (Taylor-West and Co in Hove), and they said to speak with Claudine Ickeringill to get them looked at and spoke highly of the team. Joseph and Claudine were very attentive and helpful on phone and email, given the current issues with shops being closed due to COVID. Dropped the frames off to Claudine and, without charge, she had fixed them in an hour and they look great! Highly recommended and would refer anyone looking for a professional and prompt service.
