        The worst service ever. I waited about 50 minutes only to find out that the person on reception had not checked me in properly. So I came away without even getting the test that I was booked in for.

        Not sure what's happened over recent months, but contact lenses suddenly don't arrive, trying to call into the branch is impossible and we continually play phone ping pong. Now the wrong 'temporary' contacts have arrived

        Called into store today after neeling on my glasses popping both lenses out and twisting the frames. I was greeted by Lewis who replaced the lenses with no charge my glasses are like new again would highly recommend this store after a good service I received thanks Lewis. Kitt from Carlisle
