        Mixed review, I appreciated the care from the lady who completed my eye test, she was thorough and explained everything well, that being said; Im not sure why you book a slot if youre then kept 30 mins prior to the appointment in the waiting room. Looks like too many customers for the quantity of staff working! Maybe its my fault, but, I didnt expect the appointment to take over an 1hour of my time considering the time its been from previous tests elsewhere

        Two days before Christmas I unfortunately got a contact lense stuck in my eye. My GP were only accepting emergencies and advised my optician. I phoned Chichester Sainsbury store to be told there were no appointments. Being in alot of discomfort I begged for someone to at least spend a couple of minutes to look,but no even though being a customer of that branch. I felt the store unhelpful,even A and E would not help as emergencies only. .Thankyou Spec savers for your lack of help. Finally the optician in Wittering came to my rescue even though I wasn't their patient.

        Great service from everyone all the staff were helpfull. Lovely range of glasses very happy with my new glasses highly recommend them.
