Always able to fit me in on the day, both as a walk-in and by appointment. Friendly staff and easy for me to park with my blue badge. I love the range of shellac colours available and the massage chair while you have a pedicure is heavenly. I'm a loyal customer and I've noticed many others are too. Best nail place in Chichester in my opinion

I started using this shop 7 months ago when I moved to Chichester, they had decent reviews and no appointments required. They do what I want, usually within a reasonable amount of time. Last time took twice as long because a young staff member started my ombre infills, but did the process the wrong way around so the senior member came over, fixed & finished the job. The staff are friendly but spend far too long talking to each other in their language, not fully concentrating on the customer. The place could do with a good clean. All polish bottles are dirty with smudged polish on them, containers on the desks are cracked and dirty. The hand dusting brushes are grubby with bits of acrylic stuck in them. All equipment and products need a good scrub with acetone to get the mess off, all broken and damaged stuff needs to be replaced and the staff need to work on their customer care, stop shouting across at each other.
