Nice carpets nice range, but poor fitting unless they're doing the whole floor in one go. They managed to cut the carpet short in two doorways so the new didn't actually reach the old. The gripper rods and thresholds weren't the correct ones, and the points of the grippers protruded through the carpet so far I actually cut my foot while walking over. Called them back to correct these issues, which they did, but after replacing the concealed fixing thresholds with wider screw down thresholds, I found all the screws were protruding dangerously, so I removed each one and countersunk each hole and replaced, which really isn't a task that professional fitters should leave. Also extremely messy with silicone which they used to seal down the lino in the bathrooms, they also did not have the common sense to use clear silicone between between grey flooring and grey skirting, so now we have a bright white line around the rooms and numerous blobs and smears around the fittings and even 18" up the door architraves. A general lack of common sense seemed to prevale through the whole job, leaving draught gaps under doors for no reason, So all in all could I recommend them to a friend, no.
