I can't praise this branch of LCE sufficiently!. I have received "Platinum standard" service. I made an online purchase of a used canon camera. I dealt with a Gentleman called Carl who was superb on his delivery of customer service thank you Carl. My correspondence via email was answered promptly, very polite and professional. Absolutely nothing was too much trouble. He even took the time to double check the sensor was cleaned prior to boxing up for delivery. Despatch of the camera was incredibly prompt. There was a slight issue with the courier (Nothing to do with Carl or LCE please note) Carl was superb at resolving this contacting the courier and getting back to me within minutes ! And on a Saturday. When the camera arrived it was well packaged and in superb condition exactly as described spotlessly clean with batteries charged too !. It's worth noting how competitive LCE are on pricing even compared to well known auction site.dont forget however you have the peace of mind of the warranty from LCE and the backing of their superb servic.I doubt very much I would go anywhere else for my photography requirements in futur.Interstingly I bought my first serious DSLR from the Chichester branch several years ago and recall the service being superb then the advice given meant I have had several years of enjoyable photography as a resul. If nothing else please be assured that you can Buy in confidence and recive the level of service that inspires confidence and ensures a pleasant an satisfying purchase experienc.I will finish by thanking Carl at the Chichester branch once again for simply superb and professional customer service genuinely appreciate.
