        I used to work there about 2 years. I've learnt a lot of things about care. There is calm and healthy evironment, tidy, respectful, dignity, equally, treating individually, etc. Staff members all have been trianed well and friendly. I left there as my personal issue but now I still work as a care assistance at other care setting. I always appreciate the strategies, knowledge and all practical that I got from Whyke Lodge to apply to my current job. I could say the Care is high standard and quality here.
