        I made an appointment from my home in Spain over the phone, I received good customer service by Alison and arranged a visit to Chichester store when I came over to England. I received a reminder email the day before and everything was very professional from start to finish. When I arrived to the store, I was met by Sarah who was extremely friendly, kind and understanding. I had lots of questions that Sarah answered with honestly and with compassion. She measured me and found me everything I was looking for. She has also given me the confidence and knowledge to be able to shop online. I am so happy with my purchases and how Sarah made me feel.
