I had a query on an order that was picked up by Penny. When I thought perhaps there was nothing she could do to help, she asked me to leave it with her whilst she did a bit of work on it. Next thing I know, my query was resolved and my item is on its way. Penny really went above and beyond to make this happen for me and I am so grateful.
This was then followed up by a tracking number and receipt emailed to me by Ellen who kept me in the loop on when my item is likely to arrive.
