I purchased parts for my Vauxhall Movano - unlike other local dealers they answered the phone quickly, ordered parts in that day and phone me to say they were ready for collection. The man in the parts department and the woman on the front desk were both helpful and friendly. Has to go further than I would have liked to collect these parts but worth the extra miles just to be able to deal with people who know how to run a service business

Parts department not open on a Saturday which is pretty odd as people need parts or to collect weekends

I cannot praise all the staff at Frosts highly enough, from John and Hannah who dealt with my plethora of phone calls (!) to all the mechanics who explored the issues with my car. They are absolutely first class! Having had a thoroughly demoralising, (and inaccurate!) experience with Halfords, the company I lease my car from booked the car in with Frosts to resolve the issues. From the first phone call with Frosts right through to the closing of the matter, staff there were polite, friendly, courteous and, not once, did they make me feel silly. In complete contrast to Halfords, they did not look down on me as a woman but took all my comments seriously, listened to me and could not do enough to help. Thankfully, my car did not have anything seriously wrong with it and I have walked (driven!) away with my mind at ease about driving my car. I would thoroughly recomend Frosts and will be returning there for services or should my car ever have any issues. Thank you to all of you for your excellent service. Service: Auto engine diagnostic
