        This place is a failure. And categorically not fit for purpose. The consultants are not existent, clandestine, arrogant and totally useless. Pay for private treatment, at least you'll get a good diagnosis, respect and face to face contact. Chapel Street will just, in some way, let you down when you need the help.

        Been waiting for an "urgent" medicine review for 7 months. Staff are unbothered, unhelpful, and dishonest. Sickening lack of care in a place where people need it most. You should all be ashamed of yourselves for the unnecessary pain and false hope given to patients. Disgusted.
