Have used Whitmore Jones for years for furniture and flooring. I run & manage several residential properties. I Ifind them professional, courtious, and most importantly efficient and clean with a high standard of work. Simply the BEST!!

We are very pleased with the sofas &chair we have bought,&there was no pressure at all to buy when we were there.The customer service from everybody was excellent&we would certainly recommend this lovely shop.

We had a new Himolla leather suite delivered today from Chichester to Wimborne. Mr Michael Whitmore Jones came with Troy .They were so obliging and helpful and explained everything,we are So pleased,Thankyou Michael and Troy.

Old fashioned kindness as the basis for good service. Wonderful service. The owner of this store has been beyond kind. Particularly as I did not buy the chairs in question from him. They were very expensive chairs (to me) . As soon as I bought them there was a problem, which recurred 15 months later, but my retailer was no longer trading.I rang around some retailers to find out who could repair this. Andy and Mike the owner were wonderful. Mike came round to see what the problem was and it was obvious he knew what he was doing. He explained the problem and had lined up the local representative .I wish people would flock to his store. Retailers like this need to be patronised. Given the state of the High Streets, we need shops/service like this. It would be a shame to see them go.
