I have been using Helping Hands for over three years now, gradually increasing the amount of care we need, and have found them to be extremely good at always providing the care needed even when times are hard with carers leaving or being sick etc. The carers themselves are of a very high standard, always willing to do anything they can over and above the actual caring. I look forward to them coming each day, and think of them all as family now. The Manager, Lisa Sims, and the other carers who also manage the scheduling of the rotas etc, are always there to help and to go the extra mile when needed.

The Chichester Helping Hands team have supported my husband and I through three years of demanding home care after he suffered a major stroke which left him disabled. I cant praise them enough. The efficient office team were always on the end of the phone to help and reassure me, through thick and thin, whilst the friendly caregivers themselves became our dream team, giving my husband high quality intuitive care in sometimes challenging circumstances until he eventually had to be taken into residential care. Quite simply Helping Hands, I couldnt have managed without you - you have been a lifeline for which I shall always be grateful.

I started as a carer with helping hands 2 years ago, I then was promoted to Care and training practitioner and have now in recent months been promoted again to Care-Co-ordinator, This is the best company I have ever worked for, and have loved every minute of working within the Chichester Branch, My Branch manager Lisa Sims has encouraged me to further my career and I feel she is very supportive and an amazing influence and manager.
