I had an issue with my lenses when I received my new glasses but this was all sorted out with great service so Im more than happy and would definitely recommend North Opticians

I have recently switched to North Opticians after poor experiences with my prescription elsewhere... I cannot recommend them enough! From start to finish they have been fantastic and thorough. They took the time to listen to my needs and how I use my glasses, they explained every element of the eye test and ensured it was perfect (and not rushed!) All of the staff were very helpful when choosing frames (of which there is plenty of choice) and helped me find the idea/style I'd had in my head! My glasses only took a few days to arrive and were perfect from the moment I put them on. I won't be going anywhere else for future eye tests or eyewear!

I have been using North opticians since they opened and always found them to be really caring and professional. Iain picked up on an eye health issue I didnt know I had and more recently Helen and the team went above and beyond to resolve an issue with the fit of new frames. Would highly recommend.

The team at North Opticians are amazing. The level of care, professionalism and clinical knowledge that I received today during my annual eye examination was outstanding. I highly recommend them.
