Boots Opticians

Was seen by Dr Juan something something, very sorry did not catch it, for an appointment, he really blew me away with how caring and attentive he was to my rather confusing and non-sensical symptoms, he took a prolonged amount of time examining me and asking lots of questions to get to the bottom of the issue, before taking the time to write me a referral, he clearly cares about his patients as he could have passed me off as something not to worry about, and moved on to the next person, however he didn't and even rung me up roughly a month later to see how my case was progressing. Top marks! Need more people like this. Very grateful.

I called into the Chichester store last week as I was having a problem with my eye. Im a Boots customer but not in Chichester. I was greeted by a very helpful young man called Tom. He was fantastic. He took a full account of my symptoms and conversed with the opticians for their opinions. They recommended that I go straight to hospital. I am so grateful for the care I received at Boots and the wonderful customer service from Tom, I cannot thank him enough. Great service and Tom is a real credit to the store

Absolutely disgraceful service.Have been trying to contact this store for 3 days to book an appointment for an elderly lady but they refuse to pick up the phone. Would definitely NOT recommend this store. Tried the general helpline only to be fobbed off by a call handler that said he couldn't help and to just keep trying the landline.Thats all well and good if you have the time to sit on the phone all day listening to the ringing tone but I have a 90 year old lady with no glasses( as they are broken)that are under warranty with boots

Extremely Poor service, staff have no empathy , had on going issues for three months back and forth on endless occasions My advice go elsewhere
