Our last house was rented directly from the landlord, when we had to move out of it I was afraid to look for an agency because the experience of my friends scared me a lot, about process, fees and service failure. We found Henry Adams (Chichester) and Charlie Salt kindly showed us the house we are living in today, simply incredible from the first contact to the moment. On our first day at the house, I accidentally locked the front door with all the keys inside the house, called Charlie and in less than 15 minutes he was in the house to open the door for me. I appreciate and recommend the services of Henry Adams I recently moved out after a year of renting with Henry Adams, and I must say that my experience with them exceeded all my expectations. Whenever I had any issues with the property, they were quick to respond and resolve the situation. The process of leaving the property was also very simple and pleasant, with a great level of attention and care. Initially, I had reservations about using an estate agent as some of my friends had negative experiences in the past. They claimed that estate agents were more expensive, and privacy could be compromised. However, my experience with Henry Adams was completely different. I am extremely happy with the service provided, and I would definitely recommend them to others. Overall, I was impressed with Henry Adams' level of professionalism and customer service. They made the process of renting and moving out a stress-free experience.

Dealing with Henry Adams has been a breeze, in particular Charlie. They made the move simple for us, with constant updates, no need to chase, and timely responses to any queries I had. Charlie and Henry Adams have set the bar very high in terms of customer service and i highly recommend them.
