        Terrible company with no procedures in place when your relative dies in one of their properties. Told on Friday called the following Wednesday. Items may have been collected, don't know where they may be and could be disposed, they really don't know. If they haven't they is a 100 storage fee. But still we will call you back in two days. No sensitivity at all. Horrible horrible company.
