        Great gym just some more stable equipment , when I use some of the running machines the emergency stop buttons have managed to randomly full out and its not good for my knee, also car park could do with a clean as Ive seen a couple of rats eating about overall not bad and good for the price!

        Connor Innes is worth his weight in gold as a PT. He is great both as a personal PT and as a class instructor. He takes the time to listen and understand your goals and pushes you to meet them. Top guy, motivational, approachable and friendly, which all go a long way when you are trying to push the limits of your fitness and get wedding ready! Would 100% recommend.

        This is a great gym. Always clean and the staff here are so friendly. Connor has been a great PT and really put me through my paces to help me achieve my goals. Very knowledgable and encouraging during our sessions. Would recommend Connor to anyone!
