Probably my favourite shop when I visit Chi. A nice browse, smells nice, friendly staff. Not loads of stuff to buy, but a nice selection.

It doesn't matter how many times I go in here I always feel I am being watched like a criminal. Pathetic and very unpleasant.

Spent a considerable amount of cash in this store at Christmas, some of the gifts unusable now, particularly a bracelet that broke after only 2 months. Took it back, they refused to replace or even offer any form of discount or compensation customer service sorely lacking, the fella sitting at the counter smirking at his customers clearly is in the wrong job. Avoid at all costs.

Ive been meaning to leave a review on Webb Street Company, Chichester for a while, but reading these completely unjustified reviews spurred me on to do it. Im a local, I love good quality vintage furnishings, earthenware mugs, ceramics, handmade gifts, original cards, etc and this place is my go-to-shop for that kind of stuff; its actually one of my favourite shops in Chichester, which is why Im so stunned at the negativity. Every time my mums over, we pop in for a browse; we especially love their rose-scented candles and diffuser products. Ive always found the owner to be incredibly friendly and helpful and the jewellery to which one reviewer refers is most likely aimed at children with pocket money to spend; it looks miles better than anything a chain would produce and its clearly handmade. I think Webb Street Company is perfect and I hope to continue shopping at this characterful independent for years to come.
