I would say it's 1.5 stars. The guys had to come out 5 times to fix issues with poorly installed fireboard which kept breaking off the wall - was told the brick was too crumbly, I was 'running the stove too hot' to should expect the boards to peal off, I was told the previous batch of adhesive was bad. Tools, plaster and dust left around the house and garden whenever they left. They cut the stones for the fireplace themselves, not at a stone mason as quoted - they cut through our patio stones while doing it. Quality of work is low. What would be 4-5 stars is the responsiveness and friendliness of Kim and the guys.

fter a year of saving for a stove as a family we wish we had never gone ahead with the instillation, 24 hours after install we had water running in through the building , You cannot reach the owner of the business Rodney Dixon ( who by the way has given his own business a 5 star review !! ) , for 12 weeks we have had water running in the house and despite repeated attempts the stove shop will not accept any liability whatsoever , When survey carried out you could not meet a nicer man but once the bill has been paid it is like dealing with a completely different business , I have never had to complain before but the attitude and negligence is appalling , we now have to spend 2k+ to get a new roof as they have totally ruined it of which we had never had a problem before , The stove has water stains all over it and surface rust, water ingress every time it rains please look elsewhere shocking !!! There is only an office number and the response every time you call is tomorrow !!
