Adecco Chichester

Adecco contacted me about job opportunities last month and I have just received and accepted an offer! Joanne was brilliant and was with me every step of the way, always helpful, always honest, and always working in my best interest. Very happy with the whole process and the result too!

The Staff at Adecco at Chichester who I have dealt with since January 2021 to present (March 2023) have been such a big help with everything since I started Working for them. They are all very helpful, friendly, encouraging and work very hard and long hours to help not just myself, but others in their daily work and support for their "Workers". They are very informative when keeping us updated of Holiday we have left, ensuring we are paid correct on our Timesheets and if we are happy in our roles and if we have anything we need to discuss or assistance with. My main contact has been Scania Slack, who is amazing. I have also previously had very good dealings with Jo Hoare and Amelia Lindsay too. It is surprising that even though they are in roles that are constantly busy, I always feel like nothing is too much trouble for them and they always have time for you, which in this current climate is not only amazing, but also a great comfort.

I have been working with Adecco since October 2022 when they found me a suitable vacancy at a local company. Started as a temp in one department and when that role was due to end, they made contact and were able to transfer me to another department without any issues. Now in my 3rd department and I have now been taken on permanently after 6 months in temporary roles. I want to say a huge thank you to Amelia and Scania for giving me the opportunity and for everything they did during my time with them. Any questions or concerns that I had, they were able to answer and resolve quickly and it's been an absolute pleasure dealing with Adecco.

Jodie at Adecco secured me my job around 4 years ago, due to her efficiency, professionalism and friendly nature, I returned to them to find me a new role. I reached out to Jodie who shared my details with Georgie. After emailing Georgie my CV, the same day she called me and had two jobs for me. I secured an interview, the same day with a company, interview on the Monday and secured the job the same day. The whole process was extremely efficient and I couldnt thank Georgie enough. I was a little unsure about one of the interviews but Georgie had a chat with me and changed my mindset, which I am very happy she did. Georgie is very friendly but professional and communication is second to none. I would highly recommend Georgie/Adecco if you are looking for a new role, as twice now they have secured me a job.
