I had an initial consultation which lasted about 20 minutes. I completed a medical questionnaire and then had a small test patch done on the side of my face. I booked a full carbon facial for the following day, which was subject to me not having any reaction to the test patch. I felt very comfortable with the treatment, Raina explained the procedure thoroughly and the results were better than I had expected. The Carbon facial took about 45 minutes, there was a slight prickly sensation (a bit like pins and needles) it was not unpleasant or uncomfortable. I was able to put make up on 2 hours later - my skin looked fresh and glowing - I would 100% recommend this treatment.

Recently visited for consultation about tattoo removal. Felt totally at ease with Raina, she was so friendly and professional, I would highly recommed this salon.
