Nicely laid out shop, however website said they have different stock items to what they actually hold in store, when we called and asked if they had an item we were told yes plenty in stock, we then drove two hours, to have a member of staff very sarcastic, rude and unhelpful, didnt even know there was a website for the store he worked at! When we asked if theres any other shops around that may have the item we were looking for and told was in stock the sarcastic reply of nope, not a clue! Disgusting behaviour and attitude

Decent store, poor Social Media/Online presence. This store fails to offer correct/consistent information across its online presence. Google Maps says the store is open tomorrow (26th December) which contradicts their website (closed). Check their Facebook & Twitter accounts to find corroborating info and find nothing. We need such accurate information to inform our shopping decisions: stock, range of produce, opening times. The store owners appear not to be very invested in providing much information via accessible online means. Why should I be bothered by this? Why would I risk driving 30 minutes only to find them shut or out of stock.
