This is the worst company ever, I have been trying to move my company pension from them for over six months. They do not reply to emails and speaking to India on the phone gets you nowhere. Take my advice and have nothing to do with them I'm going to the ombudsman

This company provides an extremely poor service and there is no method of sorting things out. I have been waiting 4 weeks for them to review a letter generated by their computer. You contact the call centre which sends the back office a message and that is ignored. The call centre cannot put you through to anyone in the back office. This company should not be allowed to administer pensions.
