Space NK Chichester

I went into the store today and was approached by a very friendly and professional assistant called Carmen who works there. She helped me gain insight in to what my skin needs by listening carefully to understand and work out a solution and not overwhelm me with unnecessary products. I left the store feeling heard, and satisfied knowing I spoke to a very knowledgeable person with excellent customer service skills! I will definietly go back!

This morning I went to Space NK in Chichester to buy a new Tinted Moisturizer. The lady that helped me, sorry I don't know her name, was amazing. She was so helpful and thorough, trying the shades on my face and helping me to make a decision. She really made the experience extra special, thank you! I bought a Laura Mercier product which matches me absolutely perfectly, thanks to the help I was given by this wonderful lady!

Just popped in to your Chichester branch and I wanted to say a massive thank you to the amazing team there. Unfortunately I can't remember the ladies name but its her birthday on Saturday so that should narrow it down. I only popped in for some advice and to buy a new foundation and she went above and beyond to help me. She told me all about the different products and asked about what I wanted from a foundation, then she colour matched me and gave me a mini makeover. Honestly, the best customer service I've encountered for a long time!

Over the last 6 months of so I have visited the Chichester store a few times and spent most probably in excess of a 1000, but worth every penny in my eyes and to those who receive my purchases as gifts. The store is always well presented and shelves stocked with a palate of colours to entice you to explore further. The staff are always immaculate, personable and friendly. In particular Annie, when she spots me in the shop I get a very warm welcome and beaming smile. Her customer focus I believe is second to none and recall of previous purchases is exceptional (half the time I cannot remember what i have bought myself). Nothing appears to be too much trouble for her, from trying to find specific items in the stock room, making suggestions and pushing my shopping boundaries. Annie makes a visit to Space NK in Chichester more than a shopping experience. Thank you I should also mention that all the staff and excellent but to me Annie stands out. I do home that the corporate bods at Caper Street pick up on this feedback and acknowledge Annie and the staff at the Chichester store.
