Ive been working with Leap concurrently during my time at my current company, CGI. Having been introduced to them just prior to joining CGI, I was immediately won over by their approach, creativity and personable style and when I joined CGI, I knew I wanted to partner with them and see if they were up for the challenge of helping to bring our employer brand to life. The reasons why? In short; the enthusiasm, creativity and ingenuity they bring to managing our account, projects and campaigns. Meanwhile they remain pragmatic, grounded and appreciative of the parameters of our organisational approach to marketing and communications. This is down to the time they invest in really partnering with a client; making it much easier for them as an agency to understand, adapt and act on client requirements, whilst also pushing things just that little bit further to take their clients on a journey to achieve great things. Some of the ideas that Leap has brought to the table have truly had the potential to become the magic bullet solutions we're looking for, and the results speak for themselves; better brand awareness and an uplift in the number and quality of candidate applications. When I joined CGI, having the backing of the team at Leap to support my ideas around where I wanted to take our recruitment marketing was invaluable. Im confident for the team to liaise directly with my own internal stakeholders and am grateful that they always mange to achieve and exceed expectations when dealing with them. Its because of this sense of confidence (and pride) in their approach that I cant recommend Leap highly enough as an agency to partner with for your employer branding needs. Working with LEAP has been a pleasure to date. We are a new company, and LEAP continue to help us work through a brand creation and help us understand how to tie things together. We are really pleased with the results, and continue to work with LEAP to develop out our distinctive brand into new Gin flavours.
