        Visited yesterday with a group of 21 young people with disabilities from a local charity, we had the time of our lives! The staff were absolutely brilliant, very accommodating and fortunately the arena was very quiet during our hour-long bounce! We then had a cold buffet which was standard but we werent expecting the Ritz quality for a childrens party package! A few administrative errors prior to our session regarding confirmed numbers and waivers, but nothing that couldnt be easily overcome. Great venue, would highly recommend. Looking forward to our next visit!

        Please can someone at Air Arena reply about refund of my party money you took for 29th January 2023 and then closed down before? I have a voicemail left by one of you on 23rd January before closure saying the refund would be made but nothing has come through - 72 is outstanding. Thank you, Sarah Jordan
