I would recommend Kenny Solicitors as we were very pleased with their services re our house sale and purchase. Susanna dealt with questions involved, and we were on a fixed fee for purchase and sale. I also was keen to use them, as I believe the fee is only payable if the sale or purchase goes through. This means that if your buyer or vendor lets you down, you don't also incur solicitor charges. I can't speak highly enough of our experience with Sophie. We have never had a solicitor that went above and beyond to the extend she did. We had a stressful experience with our mortgage adviser, and Sophie stepped in and worked her socks off, whilst constantly updating and reassuring us, to get things across the line. Sophie was also friendly, patient and we felt in very safe hands. We'll be highly recommending her to everyone and hopefully work with her again on any future remortgaging.
