VERY DISAPPOINTED AND SAD. After many many attempts to contact this company, who I have done my best to be loyal to, I have given up. They CAN offer a fantastic service, but not any more- no reply, no help, and an infrastructure in place without tech support. A year ago, Henry gave us amazing service, and a special mention - he immediate response to a call WiFi down in B&B with angry guests, service resumed within an hour of the call. Very impressed guests and very happy client!! Thank you Henry.

Since original contact and a positive response from Henry we have not had a single voice message or email responded to. Once managed to get hold of him at the office number. Despite repeated messages from my colleague which had been unanswered he promised to call...nothing since. Very strange way of running a business; we will not be trying anymore and suggest no one else does. And we thought customers were important!!!
