Avoid this company at all costs. You are dealing with cowboys of the insurance trade here. The advisors do not understand the insurance that they are selling, as a result, you will end up being miss sold. When attempting to claim you will communicate with rude, grumpy staff who will try everything to get out of putting the claim through. The insurers that they use have awful reviews, check out Arc Legal. There are military insurers out there that use big companies such as AXA, learn from my mistake and go with these.

I called up Trinity with every intention of cancelling my insurance as I am trying to find ways to save some money. I spoke to Dan Faulker who couldn't have been more supportive and considerate of my needs. We discussed my options, my circumstances and the best option for me. I now have a more up-to-date package thay I understand and feel much more comfortable about my policy and what I am paying. Dan answered all my questions and was of a huge help. Thank you very much, I am happy to still be supported by Trinity insurance.

Efficient and friendly customer service, very helpful and knowledgeable about the military. The policies are tailored specifically to your needs. Nice to be able to call and speak to a person to update the policy, without being on hold for ages. Highly recommend.
