Warped doors don't close.
Skirting boards fall over.
No toilet roll holders/curtain rails/anything to mount them on safely.
External door trims not sealed.
Cement splashes on external wall.
Bellway apparently don't have any building plans! According to them! I wanted a couple, as I wanted to change a couple of electrics.
Communal door lock doesn't work properly.
Communal bin store lock doesn't work at all, so door bangs at night. Bin store not painted so looks a mess. Not enough collections so permanently overrun with rubbish.
Road drains blocked with tarmac.
Holes in road surface.
6ft tall weeds. Dead lawn.
Bellway don't follow up calls or emails. And are waiting for a different company to take over so they can pass the buck.
Am in contact with lawyers.
