        We both sold our houses and then rented near by this development in order to reserve, we was so excited about buying a Redrow home, though after being on site and having interactions with the lavant view sales staff, we are now having doubts that this is who we want to buy with in Chichester. This is in comparison to the customer experience received by other developers like Bovis at Minerva heights which has been more orderly, welcoming, positive and not chaotic, dismissive, negative attitude.

        Elly was brilliant at showing us the sample selection, explaining which show home had the various combinations in. This made it easier to choose as you could see the bigger picture. Very patient and knowledgeable.
