Had to give a min 1 star other wise it would been a zero, been wait nearly 3 months for a shower to be fixed i have 2 kids and a wife that works on a covid ward been getting put of 4 times and having to use next doors shower and having to pay them for the use well I'm not paying the Rent as a way of compo

Awful, awful company... I've had a leaky roof for over 3 years, and they've had contactors out about 10 times to "fix" it, but still leaks. They have come out in the middle of summer to inspect and have said they can't see the issue as it's dry up there(during a heatwave). They also randomly do things without contacting residents...I've had external doors replaced without warning (and the doors were locked when coming home, with keys posted through internal doors)..hallways painted without notification...water tanks replaced without notification... Threats to fine me for stuff in hallway (no prior warning to remove items).., healthy shrubs/plants hacked down.. Awful, awful company, and that's being kind..
