        This hospital is wonderful in comparison to any other I have been to, the staff are very friendly, helpful and supportive. My consultant is very nice and understands everything I have to say. From what I saw on my last visit, they have gone to far lengths to be covid free, and appear to be successful. However when the surgeon gets something wrong or makes a mistake and even admits that, suddenly if you are NHS you become personna non Grata, and follow up appointment doesn't happen, so if you have money then go to Harley Street London if not, the Queen Alexandra is good.

        I had a full right hip replacement on Monday thank you Mr wakeling and the amazing team from the nurses physio's and catering staff and everyone else. I wish you all a Merry Xmas and a happy new year
