I got tape in hair extensions from here (330 + installation) for my prom, I couldnt have my hair up at all as you could see most of the tapes, I was told I wouldnt be able to see them when styling my hair up. I had no after care leaflet and had never had extensions before. I went on holiday a couple weeks later and wasnt aware that putting sun cream on my back and taking my hair down after this could turn my hair orange, I contacted the individual that installed them and wasnt given much help. I was so upset about these incidents so I had them taken out and was charged for this (50), if I was given an after care booklet this wouldnt of happened as I would have known not to have my hair anywhere near suncream, so this was not fair. After them being taken out by this individual there was left over glue in my hair and again I contacted them for advice on this and I never got a reply, this was in august. I noticed lots of pieces in my hair were cut, very very short. My hair was left damaged, cut and untreated but this individual. If you are thinking of coming here for hair extensions dont expect to be treated with the care they give you on your consultation. Very disappointed. Service: Hair extensions
