        This gym is a cut above the rest. Excellent facilities, maintained to a high standard with properly trained / experienced trainers offering a broad range of PT including rehab post injury.

        Ive been going to Elitas Fitness since 2015 and I cant rate it highly enough. Ben and David have created an environment where you feel both challenged to work hard and supported to achieve your best with personalised advice. The gym is extremely well equipped and always feels like a welcoming and safe space for everyone.

        I always hated gyms until I was recommended to see Ben at Elitas. He is a personal trainer with excellent knowledge in helping me with all my health issues. He is kind, thoughtful and I trust him not to push me too far. The gym and showers are always clean, nearly always empty so no queuing for equipment. I have recommended friends. No one watches you, theyre doing their own training! This is very different to other Gyms and worth a visit or an assessment if youre considering a gym.
