I went in there looking for a particular scarf I had seen a few weeks prior and they were out of stock. One of the ladies who works there (I believe her name is Bridget) kindly helped me by going to the trouble of ordering one in for me and then calling me when it arrived in. Amazing customer service and very helpful :)

Lovely shop and absolutely perfect customer service. Quite possibly the nicest shopping experience I've ever had. Thank you to Megan in head office and Nicki in Chichester. (I bought some reading glasses and they too are fabulous.)
