I was late to order for a valentines gift and they were really helpful in understanding and still delivered a beautiful bouquet. Highly recommended. Thank you

As a fact, from a distance the shop looked quite good, but on closer inspection many of the flowers and plants had wilted.
Most pots outside were bone dry with the hot sun on them, I pity anyone who bought them the next day as they wouldn't have lasted long.
I saw a woman in the shop moving flower pots around in her display area, shame she hadn't a clue, they certainly had not been fully watered in the morning either.
I went to M+S and bought a 1st class plant.
The Bunch Flower Shop is a Disgrace - FACT [This was 16.15approx on
22/6/22]
This shop should be called 'The Compost Heap' far more apt I think !!
UPDATE UPDATE [23/8/22] ....Only just seen their reply, well you admit you knew the weather was Hot and you watered them in the Morning and Evening ['We water our plants every morning and night. The weather as you know is very hot at the moment and the little plant pots dry out quickly as a result'] ....... wouldn't anyone with a Modicum of common sense water them half way through the day - About 75% of the plants were BONE DRY, YES BONE DRY, no excuse just poorly managed for sure.
Remembering this is a display to draw customers in and buy goods, not make them run off down the road !
